First Haircut

Cooper went in for his first haircut today. It was time to trim up the sides and the back. His hair was getting so long!!

At first, he was not so sure...

Fun at the Fair

Cooper was so good this weekend. We dragged him all over Indianapolis and he had a wonderful time! Grandpa and Grammy came to visit from Atlanta and we all went to the Marion Co. Fair. Coop rode on the firetruck, went down the slide, and he went on the merry-go-round twice! He didn't cry, so we think he liked it.

Then, on Sunday we went Duckpin Bowling. Cooper loved watching all the pins fall down. He was great!

After bowling, we hit Benihana's to celebrate my birthday. It's never too early to celebrate right? Cooper was fascinated by my balloon hat.

Our friend Baraka is leaving Fox 59 and heading for sunnier weather in LA. Here's a few pics from his going away party. We'll definitely miss him!!

Another Busy Weekend

Cooper has been very busy! He figured out how to roll over on Friday night (video will be posted soon) right before we headed for Chicago. He spent most of the weekend showing off his new skill. We also visited Grandma, Granpa, GG Joan, GG Chuck & Uncle Ross on Saturday on Saturday, before heading to the Melrose Park Feast on Sunday. Cooper touched the dress of the Madonna del Carmine while we were there for good luck!

Our little man is sooo close! I bet it happens this weekend. Here's an attempt from earlier this evening...

3 Months Old

I can't believe it, but Cooper is 3 months old today! He's grown up so much already. He's still trying to roll from his back to his front, he's constantly moving, and he's trying to talk all the time. He's also starting to get freckles (I think). He has one little spot just below his left knee. He's definitely all Brett!

Cooper's First 4th of July

Cooper loved his first 4th of July. Grandma and Nonno came to visit for the weekend so we took him to see the fireworks in downtown Indianapolis (of course, we forgot the camera). I thought he'd be scared, be he was mesmerized by all the colors. We spent the rest of the weekend running around town, shopping, and hanging out. It was a wonderful time!

Cooper tried out a new 'do last night during his bath. It doesn't look quite as good as Uncle Mikey's, but it's not bad for a baby mohawk!
